We had the most incredible stay at Walnut Tree Barn! The space itself is a great layout for a large group and having every room being en-suite with king size beds felt so luxurious. It made our Christmas holiday extra special and Alison was the perfect host. She couldn’t do more for us and the extra touches were really appreciated; like a welcome hamper and the brilliant dog shower which was an absolute game changer! The hot tub, the beautiful location, the incredible walks and views on your doorstep, this Airbnb has everything (and is really well stocked up with all the things you need.) Thank you so much for making our Christmas so wonderful Alison and family. It’s definitely been our favourite place to stay together!

We had the most fabulous stay, me my parents, my brother and his fiancé and our nan all stayed and had a get away before Christmas, we did the Exeter Christmas market and went to a local pub for a roast dinner with help from Alison for recommendations.
The place was so homely and cosy, we loved there was a fire it made the lounge so cosy. The view was fantastic. It was so peaceful. All the neighbours were so friendly, as we walked past.
The kitchen was at the central of the air BnB which we love as we love to cook so we spent most of our time in the kitchen playing games and eating.
The whole place was so clean and tidy, each bedroom had its own o bathroom which was so clean and sparkly and the beds were super comfy. The hot tub was amazing and relaxing.
We had the best time away and we are definitely looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you so much Alison and the her family for hosting us, we had the most brilliant time, we’ll never forget

All 4 generations of our family enjoyed your immaculate barn and the facilities provided. The accommodation was well set out and you have put so much thought into providing a relaxing atmosphere for us all to enjoy. Only regret we have is that we hadn’t booked a longer stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and we hope to revisit you in the future. Many thanks for a lovely time.

A wonderful, remote and peaceful spot.
We were a group of 6 adults, 2 young children and 2 infants.
This place suited us perfectly and provided the perfect space to spend time relaxing together.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have enormous beds (that can be spilt into singles) and an en-suite each - such a luxury! We also used the boot room as an extra bedroom to pop a travel cot in - which was ideal for us.
The shared spaces are gorgeous and have everything you need.
The hot tub is also lovely.
This place is so warm and cozy, perfect for young kids.
Don’t hesitate to book.
We also visited Wildwood and Haldon Forest - great days out within 40 minutes by car.

Beautiful and perfect location for a relaxing weekend. This was the perfect location for a chilled friends weekend - from the comfortable bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) to the open social area and dining table - it was the perfect space for a catch up. It felt cozy while also having plenty of room to not feel we were all cramped in and on top of each other. Alison and Ian have really thought of everything - from pizza cutters to extra blankets - if you need it, it’ll be in one of the drawers! Thanks you for making this a wonderful stay. we had such a lovely stay, the bedrooms are really spacious with comfy beds. The living areas were amazing for socialising too, it’s a very modern/homely barn which is perfect for a weekend away. I have just spent two night at Walnut Tree Barn and have to say, it was fantastic. Its not often I stay in and air bnb and can’t find something wrong with it. Alison has thought of everything & the photos just don’t do it justice. I took a small group of ladies there for the weekend and it was just perfect. Such a gorgeous setting. Very spacious, very clean and just very well designed. The kitchen in well stocked and loads of fridge freezer space. You could easily stay there for a week. We will be back! Thanks you Alison. Wow - what a find! Perfect for a family/friends gathering. Excellent huge kitchen/dining area with everything you need for food prep. Lovely comfy beds and bed linen. Lots of hot water for everyone’s showers and baths. Spacious lounge area with plenty of seats for everyone. Good sized outdoor space with hot tub. Less than 30min walk into Crediton - various routes. Walnut Tree Barn is a must stay. Set in a gorgeous location, with everything you need provided. Alison is the perfect host and always on hand to answer questions / give help. Hot tub is a fantastic addition to an already 5* air bob. Amy

The Walnut Tree barn is the perfect stay! The communication with Alison couldn’t have been better, she answers quickly and she helps as much as she can. We felt very welcomed as they left us a card and few more details, which was really kind. The house is super nice, very clean, comfy beds and lounge...! And you’ve got everything you need to enjoy your stay. We walked into town which it’s about 15 minutes away and a lovely walk. I fully recommend Alison and Ian’s place, it just feels like home!
